Students must be no younger than three-years-old unless already potty-trained, except for “Mommy and Me” class (ages 2-3).
Classes may be closed or cancelled due to excess or insufficient enrollment. If there is demand, classes may be added as well. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pre-school through Basic Dance 1 & 2
Students receive an introduction to Ballet and Tap, as well as enjoy learning creative movement and basic tumbling. (45 minutes – 1 hour)
Intermediate and Advanced Classes
In these levels, students continue with a more formal training of Ballet, Jazz, and Tap.
Hip-hop is taught within the Jazz classes and Lyrical (a Jazz-Ballet hybrid) will be introduced when the class is ready. To get a well-rounded dance training, all three subjects are required. Each balances the others, similar to how math is needed to understand science and English is required to take history.
Older, more serious students may add a Technique class to their regular class, in order to further improve his or her skill and discipline.
Adult tap class available; please call 781.331.8802 for more information.
